At Artscape Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchases. If your new items aren't a perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused and original-packaged products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Artscape account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
